Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and security systems.
- Provide timely technical support to staff.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary.
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
