Job Description

DHL is actively seeking dedicated Operations Staff to join our pickup and delivery team. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:

Delivery Duties:

• Accurately loading shipments according to designated routes.
• Ensuring deliveries are made to the correct customers.
• Managing POD, FOD, DOD, and COD processes while maintaining timely delivery records.
• Handling status codes for any undelivered shipments.
• Aiming to meet estimated delivery dates and quality benchmarks.
• Processing same-day payment handovers.
• Following appointment delivery protocols while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Pickup Responsibilities:

• Executing pickups in accordance with standard operating procedures and timelines.
• Completing airwaybill execution and shipment verification.
• Gathering necessary regulatory documentation.
• Inspecting packages for condition at the time of pickup.
• Ensuring timely departures for connections.
