Job Description
JOYRTS is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.com/B.Sc/B.A/B.B.A or any equivalent degree) and have a strong command of English, both verbal and written. Candidates must have at least 4+ years of experience in customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹30,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month. The job requires working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We prefer candidates with a total work experience of 2 years.
