Job Description
NPCON BPO PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks, including responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, managing inbound processes, scanning and uploading documents, providing back office support, and performing data entry. Proficiency in Excel is required.
Candidate Qualifications:
