Job Description
Dear Candidate,
Unidos Technology is seeking a dedicated Hindi Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing product malfunctions, updating internal databases, and monitoring social media for customer complaints. You will also share feature requests, educate customers about new functionalities, and assist in training junior representatives.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹26,00.00 – ₹27,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund.
Requirements
