Job Description
We invite you to become a vital part of our team at HOTEL CORDIAL SOPANAM as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. In this role, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily operations, supervising housekeeping staff, and upholding our meticulous cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping personnel.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high service standards.
- Oversee the management of cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate daily operations while addressing guest requests.
- Ensure strict health and safety compliance.
Essential Skills: Proven leadership abilities, attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures. A degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
