Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates

Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹20,833 per month + Incentives + Joining Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to insurance inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Provide assistance with policy details, renewals, and claims processing.
• Accurately maintain customer records.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Basic computer skills are required.
