Location: Regional Office Kochi
Regal Jewellers is looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive (Female) who is fluent in both Malayalam and English to join our team. In this role, you will connect with customers via phone, offering them detailed information regarding our gold schemes, exclusive offers, and exquisite jewellery collections, all while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customer calls in a professional manner.
- Deliver precise information about our products.
- Follow up to convert leads into sales.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential.
- Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduate.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
