Alfa Façade Systems Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a Front Office Executive with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing phone inquiries, maintaining a neat reception area, providing information via phone and email, sorting daily mail, ensuring office security, ordering supplies, updating calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

Applicants should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, previous receptionist experience, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
