About Us: Meraki7 Inc. is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiter with experience in BPO/voice-outbound operations to establish a talent pool of US-based healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, and Allied staff.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential healthcare candidates.
- Screen candidates for licensure, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in BPO or sales.
- Exceptional spoken English and proficiency in objection handling.
