Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance of our office facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance for facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure prompt resolution of repair and maintenance requests.
- Monitor facility conditions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in facility maintenance. Preference will be given to applicants from Ernakulam.
