Job Description
TT Jewellery is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our remote team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to confirm customer information through outbound calls, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer details through calls.
- Ensure data accuracy within our system.
- Document the results of verification processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
