Job Description
RedPorch Nest Pvt. Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to elevate our client engagement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering strong connections between our company and its customers, actively ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain robust customer relationships.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and discern client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹30,00/month
