Job Description
Vertex Global is excited to announce openings for the position of International Customer Support Associate within a leading US E-commerce Retail Process (Voice & Blended Support). We invite enthusiastic candidates to become part of our dynamic international support team.
Position: International Customer Support Associate
Work Mode: On-site
Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata
Eligibility: Open to undergraduate freshers
Salary: Up to ₹24,00 (in-hand)
Working Days: 5 days per week
Shifts: Rotational (Cab facility available from 10 PM to 6 AM)

Requirements
