Job Description

AV Groups is excited to announce an opening for a voice process position in a US-based telecom project. Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for customer service coupled with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Addressing basic customer inquiries regarding telecom billing.
• Delivering effective customer resolutions.
• Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and comprehension abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
• Ability to work during US shifts.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in an international BPO is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.
