Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Shift: Rotational (including nights/weekends)
About the Role: Mayura Ziani is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to provide outstanding support to our UK clients. As a key point of contact, you will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: You will respond to customer queries via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, assist customers, maintain accurate records, and gather valuable feedback.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a degree in any discipline (English Literature preferred) with 0-1 years of experience in customer support. Strong English communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a willingness to work rotational shifts, are essential.
