Employee Hub is looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Care Executive to enhance client communication and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain client records and address inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct data entry and generate reports using MS Excel.
