Job Description
ALPHA GLOBAL LOGISTICS in Delhi is seeking an experienced International Customer Service Representative. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the courier industry.
The successful applicant will be tasked with tracking shipments, addressing client inquiries, coordinating customs clearance processes, and providing rate quotes along with documentation support. Additionally, you will collaborate with international courier partners and agents to ensure smooth transit and customs clearance, while diligently maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Salary: ₹600,00.00 – ₹800,00.00 per annum
