Job Description

The Lead CNC Operator will supervise the entire production process, uphold safety standards, and guide a team of operators. Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in reading technical drawings are crucial for success in this position.
Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with at least 3 years of CNC operating experience. Leadership experience is highly preferred.
