Job Description
SSTAR FIBRE INDUSTRIES is seeking motivated individuals to fill the position of Telecaller. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services while providing exceptional customer support. Key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound and answering incoming calls
- Providing detailed product information
- Resolving customer queries and maintaining CRM records
- Closing sales and achieving targets
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team
This role is available as full-time, part-time, or permanent positions, and is open to freshers. Pay ranges from ₹17,600.00 to ₹26,400.00 per month, with additional commissions and bonuses.
