We are looking for a professional and patient-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our Eye Hospital. As the initial point of contact, you will be responsible for patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and interdepartmental coordination. Proficient communication skills in both English and Tamil are crucial for this role.
The key responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing phone calls, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring patient confidentiality. A degree in Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred.
Salary: ₹13,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
