Job Description

EIDIM Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Assistant to join our full-time team. In this impactful role, you will support our purchasing department by preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining communication with vendors, and managing essential procurement documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase orders and associated vendor documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication with vendors.
• Keep accurate records of purchasing activities.
• Provide administrative support and assist with customer service inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Audio Visual and 2 years in Proposal Writing and Estimating roles.
