Job Description
Crane Worldwide Logistics India Pvt Ltd, a prominent leader in supply chain solutions with a global footprint spanning 30 countries, is actively seeking an Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination between shippers, vendors, and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Full Container Load (FCL) bookings and maintain communication with carriers.
- Foster strong relationships with carriers to ensure timely booking releases.
- Update systems for Purchase Request (PR) generation and file management in compliance with company KPIs.
- Manage AMS and ISF filings alongside stakeholders.
- Supervise vendor invoicing and document delivery to clients.
Preferred Experience: 2-8 years
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
