Job Description
EduRun Virtuoso Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in English, Hindi, and at least one other language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam). This office-based position requires a graduation degree.
Your responsibilities include handling customer queries, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
This full-time role offers a salary of ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month, with rotational shifts, working six days a week.
