Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of sales orders and material availability, monitoring pending and back orders, and communicating order updates to customers. The role also involves coordinating stock transfers for urgent requests, collaborating with the purchasing team for material procurement, and tracking on-time delivery performance. Moreover, you will manage customer schedule agreements, dispatch plans, and investigate any complaints related to orders.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of inventory systems (preferably SAP), excellent communication and coordination skills, and a proactive attitude towards follow-ups. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools, along with strong problem-solving abilities, is required.
