Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Trainee for a three‑star hotel. Experience: 0–3 years. Qualification: Hotel Management degree. Full‑time, in‑person position. Pay: ₹7,500–₹10,00 per month. Training: 3–6 months; continued employment based on performance.
- Support Front Office staff, supervisors, catering, housekeeping, security, drivers, and room attendants while upholding hotel service standards.
- Proactively monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address queries, requests, and complaints.
- Ensure adherence to safety and emergency procedures.
- English proficiency and basic computer skills preferred.
