Job Description

Role Objective: Engage with parents, present school programs and facilities, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through clear communication and timely follow-up.

• Handle outbound and inbound calls; explain curriculum, fees, transport, facilities, and admission steps; schedule campus visits and counseling; update CRM and track lead status.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Marketing, and Branch Heads; resolve parent queries or escalate when needed; meet monthly and quarterly conversion targets and report regularly.
• Requirements: 1–3 years in telecalling/customer service (education preferred); fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu; strong persuasion, objection-handling, and CRM skills; target-oriented and proactive.
• Full-time, in-person role (school front office or call center); 6-month contract; weekend availability during peak admissions (compensatory time off). Salary: ₹18,00–₹25,00/month. Training provided.
