Job Description

We seek a polite, hardworking, and customer-focused Sales Associate for our textile shop. The successful candidate will assist customers, support daily shop operations, and ensure an attractive and organized display of products.

• Greet customers; assess needs and recommend fabrics/products.
• Explain fabric types, prices, and uses; assist with bundles, measuring, and cutting.
• Handle billing/cash when required; pack purchases neatly.
• Maintain displays, restock, clean racks, and report low stock or customer feedback.
• Follow shop policies, dress code, and schedule.

Requirements: minimum Grade 12 education, basic literacy and communication, honest, punctual, able to stand long hours; retail/textile experience preferred. Full-time, permanent. Salary ₹12,00–₹15,100/month with benefits.
