Job Description
We seek a full-time Structural Designer/Modeler in Chennai to produce Revit 3D models and annotated 2D production drawings; manage BIM workflows (folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, transmittals); maintain structural BIM/CAD files; coordinate with engineers and clients; use Navisworks; and prepare deliverables and occasional renderings. Candidates should have 2–5 years of Revit/BIM experience, strong AutoCAD skills, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, spatial 3D thinking, the ability to draft sections/details with minimal engineering input, good communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. Day shift (Mon–Fri) with occasional weekend availability. Salary from ₹30,00/month; benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and Provident Fund. Position requires in-person work in Chennai; reliable commute or planned relocation required.
