Job Description
NTT DATA seeks a detail-oriented Human Resources & Insurance Operations Associate to manage adjudication claims, resolve payments and denials, and ensure adherence to healthcare insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of claims processing experience, preferably with Facets, and familiarity with HCFA and UB claim formats.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Process and adjudicate claims accurately and timely
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and denials
- Strong communication, independent work capability, and analytical skills
- Willingness to work Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–3:30 AM IST (AR SHIFT); overtime and weekend availability as needed
