Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Event & Travel Coordinator to plan and execute corporate events, meetings, incentive tours, conferences, and exhibitions. Responsibilities include liaising with venues, hotels, logistics teams, and vendors; preparing itineraries, agendas, and client proposals; managing registrations, participant lists, and event logistics; and overseeing on-site setup and client servicing. You will design domestic and international travel itineraries, handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing, maintain supplier communications, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents.
Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month. Benefits: Health insurance and Provident Fund. Work location: In person.
