Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Service Representative to manage field service operations across an assigned region. You will visit customers to diagnose and resolve equipment or product issues, perform preventive maintenance, provide user training, and coordinate repairs with technical teams. Maintain accurate service reports, build strong customer relationships, and meet response-time and quality KPIs. Regular travel is required and the role demands independence and professional communication.

- Experience: 1–3 years in field service or technical support
