Job Description
Harishmane Infratech seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial project activities from inception through completion. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities and budgets, developing tender documents, evaluating bids, implementing procurement strategies, and administering contracts (FIDIC/local). Post‑contract duties encompass cost monitoring, tracking variations, interim valuations, payment claims, and financial reporting.
- Experience: 2–4 years in construction or infrastructure
- Skills: advanced MS Excel, contract administration, cost control, analytical and negotiation abilities
- Employment: Full‑time, in‑person; Salary ₹20,00–₹50,00/month; Provident Fund
