Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, target-driven Female Admission Counselor to drive student enrollments. In this full-time, permanent role you will counsel prospective students one-on-one, convert leads, make outbound calls, follow up via CRM, monitor campaigns, and support business development. Maintain up-to-date course and market knowledge while meeting monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: minimum 3 years of sales and academic counseling experience; strong persuasion, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Location: on-site in Baranagar, Kolkata; must be willing to commute or relocate.
- Compensation: starting at ₹15,00/month with Provident Fund; Master’s degree preferred.
