Job Description
Comfy ShoeMakers Pvt Ltd, master franchisee for Adidas in India, seeks a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and represent the Adidas brand across 27 stores in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Pondicherry.
- Assist customers, recommend products, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge, visual merchandising, stock control, and accurate POS transactions.
- Work collaboratively, follow company policies, and ensure a clean, organized store.
Requirements: minimum 1 year retail experience (sports/footwear preferred), strong communication and customer-service skills, English proficiency, flexible schedule, basic math, and ability to handle merchandise. Full-time. Salary: ₹14,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits include employee discount, training, career advancement, health insurance, and provident fund.
