Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to engage mall visitors, collect feedback through clear questions, and record responses accurately. You will communicate customer insights to mall management to support improvements in the guest experience.

• Employment: Full-time, permanent; open to entry-level candidates.
• Salary: ₹20,00–₹22,00 per month.
• Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
• Location: On-site at Kurla West; candidates must be comfortable with this location and speak fluent English.
