Job Description
We are seeking a Cluster Coordinator to oversee program implementation across multiple sites, coordinate partner activities, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. The Coordinator will facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage resources, monitor performance, and maintain data quality to meet project objectives.
Required skills include strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities; proven experience in multi-site coordination; and proficiency with project management tools. Key responsibilities include developing work plans, tracking progress, resolving operational issues, and supporting capacity building for field teams.
A degree in social sciences, public health, or a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience are preferred.
