Job Description
IRISH EXPERT LLP is hiring a full-time Call Center Executive in Thrissur to manage inbound and outbound calls, enter new customer data, and provide email and chat support. The role includes scheduling and coordinating deliveries, liaising with delivery and other departments, identifying and resolving customer/student/parent needs, documenting interactions per SOPs, meeting individual and team targets, attending trainings, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Qualification: degree in any discipline; 1 year sales experience preferred
- Skills: excellent communication, professional demeanor, computer literate
- Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month; on-site position — reliable commute or relocation to Thrissur required
