Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Clinic Operations & Patient Acquisition Manager to oversee daily clinic functions and drive patient acquisition for hair transplant and cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities include greeting walk-ins, managing online leads, explaining treatments and aftercare, and following up via calls and WhatsApp. You will coordinate surgeon consultations, maintain lead records and performance reports, and work to meet monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Ensure outstanding patient experience and compliance with documentation, billing, and clinic protocols
- Supervise and train clinic staff
