Job Description
ASV Consulting Services Private Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site International Customer Service Specialist at Iffco Chowk, Sector 18, Gurugram. Immediate joiners preferred; selection involves two interview rounds. Salary up to 4.5 LPA (approx. ₹20,00–₹38,00/month).
- Experience: 1–5 years international voice experience in Healthcare, Telecom, Debt/Mortgage, or Insurance.
- Skills: fluent English, international calling, strong verbal and written communication.
- Responsibilities: handle global customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve issues or escalate appropriately; maintain customer satisfaction in a multicultural setting. Night shift; in-person attendance required.
