Job Description
We are seeking a professional Residences Concierge to deliver exceptional service at a luxury residential property. Responsibilities include welcoming residents and guests, coordinating deliveries and maintenance, managing reservations and local services, responding to inquiries, and enforcing building security protocols.
- Qualifications: excellent communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with property management systems, and prior concierge or hospitality experience.
- Requirements: customer-focused attitude, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, flexible scheduling, and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
