Job Description
Devasya seeks a professional Retail Store Executive (female preferred) to provide warm in-store service, uphold store standards, and drive sales (₹40,00–₹60,00/month). This full-time, in-person role requires strong communication, customer-handling skills, and a positive demeanor.
- Greet and advise customers, achieve sales targets, and support WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Manage visual displays, inventory, and maintain store presentation standards.
- Operate POS, handle transactions, and perform basic billing and digital tasks.
- Collaborate with the store team; must be flexible for shifts and weekends.
- 1–5 years retail experience required; fashion/ethnic wear experience and basic styling sense preferred.
