Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide prompt technical assistance and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for staff. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing systems, installing and configuring workstations and peripherals, managing user accounts, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting a ticketing system. Required qualifications: an associate degree in IT or a related field and at least one year of hands-on experience. Familiarity with Windows and macOS, Office suites, basic networking concepts, and remote support tools is essential.
