Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team and ensure efficient booking operations, exceptional guest service, and accurate reporting. The role oversees daily reservations activity, staff training and scheduling, inventory and rate management, guest inquiries and complaint resolution, and coordination with Front Office and Revenue Management. The supervisor will also prepare performance reports and monitor key metrics.
Requirements: minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel reservations, excellent communication skills, proficiency with CRS/PMS systems, strong attention to detail, flexible availability, proven leadership, customer focus, and effective problem-solving abilities.
