Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Infection Control Nurse to lead our hospital’s infection prevention program, oversee surveillance data, and implement evidence-based protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Lead surveillance, outbreak investigation, policy development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Provide staff education, audits, and promote adherence to hand hygiene and isolation procedures.
- Analyze infection data, perform risk assessments, and recommend preventive actions.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, proven experience in infection prevention, sound knowledge of epidemiology and IPC standards, excellent communication, auditing skills, and the ability to interpret data and drive compliance.
