Job Description
We seek a Change Owner for Localization to lead and deliver localization initiatives across products and processes. You will plan, coordinate, and ensure localized content meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop and execute change plans; align cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks, define acceptance criteria, and monitor post-deployment results.
- Communicate progress, influence stakeholders, and track localization metrics and tools.
Requirements: 3+ years in localization or change management, strong communication and project coordination skills, familiarity with localization tools and metrics, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
