Job Description
Pin Click seeks an experienced AVP Sales to lead luxury and HNI residential transactions from our Bengaluru office. This full-time, in-person role requires strategic leadership of the sales team, hands-on deal negotiation, and delivery of exceptional client service to drive revenue and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; set and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee high-value negotiations and ensure superior client outcomes.
- Develop sales strategies, manage operations, and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Required: proven sales and customer-service experience, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. HNI real estate experience preferred.
Compensation: up to ₹1,800,00/year. Benefit: cell phone reimbursement.
