Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Student Counselor based in Changanacheri, Kerala. Compensation: ₹10,00–₹25,00/month, with paid sick leave and PTO.
- Advise students on course and university selection; assess strengths and career alignment.
- Assist with application documentation and provide guidance on loans and financial aid.
- Monitor student progress and coordinate connections with tutors as needed.
Requirements: strong communication, counseling, and sales skills; quick learner; experience in academic advising; fluent Malayalam. This is an in-person role—local commuting or relocation preferred. Knowledge of institutional policies and international university options is essential.
