HRQuadrant is seeking a professional Banking Officer to partner with banks in sourcing and engaging customers, generating leads and referrals, and delivering customized financial planning. The role emphasizes proactive communication, regular follow-ups and reviews, presentation of life insurance solutions, and cross-selling to enhance revenue and client value. The successful candidate will educate clients on insurance and financial planning and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
