Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to deliver first-line technical support and ensure prompt resolution of hardware and software issues. The role involves responding to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, accurately logging incidents, diagnosing problems, and escalating complex cases as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle and prioritize incoming support requests; maintain clear documentation.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and common applications.
- Assist with system installations and user onboarding.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of IT support experience, excellent customer service, basic networking knowledge, familiarity with Windows and Office 365, and awareness of ITIL practices. Certification such as CompTIA A+ is preferred.
